Dear Border Church Family,

For shaded parking you can park under Twin Towns. We will be meeting at 10am and look forward to spending time with you.

Our ministeries to run through Service September, The Details in the Devil will look at what the Bible teaches about the Devil, his origins, plans and ultimate downfall. This series will explore how we can overcome the enemy of souls through the power of Heaven.
We are running two workshops during Service September and our regular members are encouraged to attend these as well and invite friends. We have several dozen community members registered from our market stalls outreach. Please intend to arrive at 9:30 so you can be oriented to any assignments such as greeting, creche, etc.
If you have invited friends, please send reminders today to ensure they are set to attend. A suggested reminder is below:
Hey, just reminding you of the free wellness workshop running tomorrow at 10am at the CWA Hall at 169 Griffith Street, Coolangatta (next to the Pink Hotel and opposite the roundabout from Twin Towns). Please allow about 15 minutes to find a car park and come through the Griffith Street entrance to join your group. Can't wait to see you there!

This week Border Youth is at our usual location at Tweed Presbyterian Church Hall from 5:30-7:30pm. This week we will be making cards and cookies for Father's day.
On Sunday we are having a special baptism at 4pm for Jack Stone. This will be at our usual location at Jack Evans behind Twin Towns. Please come and support this decision for Jack to be baptised.
Thank you all for the donations to our tech upgrade. We took a leap of faith to purchase a projector that was within our specifications and saved a significant amount of money in doing so but we were still short $1000 so we still need to raise that money as we dipped into our general funds to complete the purchase in time for our Workshops. We are also raising money for audio upgrades and hope to have these complete by the time we finish our workshops. This comes to about another $5000. To donate to these improvements please specify the reason for the donation below.

For 2025, make it a resolution to begin or to join at least one Discovery Bible Reading Group. They are super simple to do and a great way to learn in community with others, especially those new to the Bible. You can get something out of this no matter what level you are at. We would love to show you how to lead one of these groups simply. Please let us know if you would like to start one.
Other worship opportunities
We run Alpha small groups on a regular basis and if you would like help hosting one for your friends or loved ones to discover Jesus and the basics of the Bible, please let us know.
We look forward to seeing you on Saturday at 10am.
Blessings
love
