Dear Border Church Family, 

This week due to forecast high winds, we will be in the CWA Hall at 169 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Parking can be found on Griffith and Boundary streets as well as on Marine Parade. 

Our discipleship session starts at 10am with Bible Marking on the topic of the subject of judgement. We are specifically going to be looking for the "good news" in what the Bible says about this often misunderstood topic. For our main service we will look at the life and history of Paul as he reveals it in Galatians chapters 1 and 2. 

For lunch we will be having Indian themed food. Join us for a healthy lunch to share in fellowship. Bring your favourite Indian dish if you wish to contribute. 

Please find attached the flyer for our first Sunday Funday for Spring on Sunday, September 25. If you want a day of fellowship and fun in the pool or at mini golf, along with a sausage sizzle and punch, please invite your friends! 

As soon as we have a good opportunity to get outdoors we will have our first Church in the park. Next week though, we will be in the hall for Communion which will be tied to the last part of Galatians chapter 2. 

Next week we should have the basic website up and going as well as our flyers for the upcoming harvest event. 

Prayer meetings are on Wednesdays at 2pm at 179 Botanical Circuit, Banora Point. Please message me or speak to Lorraine if you have any prayer requests we can add to our list.
